He's from USA, and isn't too old, I think he's pretty good. Sure, his passing could be a little better, but that looks about right for a titanic USA. :) Plus, you still have about 4mil+ in the bank, right (IIRC from your previous thread).

All I have to compare to is this guy that I bought a few weeks back for 4.5 mill USD. His form was horrible at the time and might explain why he was so cheap.
