You can only vote once. But when the options are checkboxes, you can make multiple votes. If it is radiobutton, only one vote. After you hit Submit Vote, you can no longer vote at all.

Ahhh....sweet deal! I would have never noticed these little intricacies with checkboxes and radiobuttons, mostly because I click first without paying too much attention to the background.
