Another Computer Question

I just ran PC Pitstop, after installing new hard drive. My old drive says it's FAT 32 system, my new one says it's NTFS. Is one better? What's the difference?

NTFS is better. You have format your other fat drive and repartition it to change to ntfs...probably not worth it unless you have time.
