I had this guy for sale hoping to get from him like 10000 or so, just enought to be worth not to fire him (HAM guessed 12000).

This is the crap guy:

Ángel Treviño (76914746)
17 years, passable form, healthy
A nasty fellow who is tranquil and honest.
Has disastrous experience and passable leadership abilities.

Nationality: España
Total Skill Index (TSI): 780
Wage: 610 €/week
Owner: Swamioms FC
Warnings: 0
Injuries: Healthy

Stamina: passable Goalkeeping: disastrous
Playmaking: wretched Passing: weak
Winger: weak Defending: passable
Scoring: weak Set Pieces: poor

This is the biding war so far:

22/09/2005
ACHILIPU APU FC offered 2 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
AC Varzim offered 3 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
ACHILIPU APU FC offered 4 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
Fc Harakat offered 5 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
ACHILIPU APU FC offered 6 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
Fc Harakat offered 7 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
Fc Mascience offered 9 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
Fc Harakat offered 11 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

23/09/2005
Mascience offered 150 000 € for Ángel Treviño and thereby took the lead in the bidding.

LOL i'm pretty sure he added an extra "0" by mistake because this guy doesn't worth 150 000 even if you sell him to make hamburguers from his meat. I feel sorry for the guy, but that 150 000 will be nice :)

17 year old passable...it might NOT be a typo.

Heh. Edit as I fix my own typo.

I'm not sure making hamburgers from his meat is the best use of his skills. He's more of a flipping hamburgers type ;)

Would you Alf and CW pay 150k for a passable 17 years old? i would pay it for a solid maybe, not for a passable for sure. And he raising from 11k to 150k it looks like a typo for me.

A solid 17 at this point in the season is worth a good $500k (at least) at most positions.

Looking at his previous bid of $9,000, $150,000 is a typo.
Unless he wanted this guy so badly, he just placed a very high bid to stop the bidding war on him.

dola,
I guess he didn't want him that bad, sold to another team for $167,000.

Yeah at the end he was sold for $167,000 when HAM guessed 12k.

Now i have pulled from the youth squad a 17 years old Solid Scorer, let's see how much i can get from him. Finally after 2 season only picking crap players now i have two good ones in a row.

fwiw,
my week 1 lottery pull went for $1.08 million. He was ok, but I didn't think he was that great:

Cecil Lumpkin (76409980)
17 years, passable form, healthy
Nationality: USA
Total Skill Index (TSI): 1 210

Stamina: weak Goalkeeping: disastrous
Playmaking: passable Passing: passable
Winger: passable Defending: poor
Scoring: weak Set Pieces: poor

Those who are trying to get a jump on training are willing to pay a premium on these guys. That said, your solid 17yo should really bring in some cash.
