TCY question

I know this has come up before, but after I ended a TCY season and moved onto the next one, some of the teams show as all zeroes for the scout ratings. I tried ending the season again but the same thing happened. How can I fix this?

If your NW scout retired or left, you're going to see all zeros for teams in the NW until you hire one.

Yeah I tried that, no luck.

Do you have open scout positions? For example, if you wanted to scout Washington State and don't have a Northwest scout hired--the ratings will show up as zeroes since there is no current scout coverage for that region...
