Last night in the friendly, two of my trainees got hurt, +2 weeks. So tonight, for the training update, they will not get traning this week, correct? Since they are not "bruised but training", even though they played part of the match, they won't get training. Is that right?

My understanding is that they must be at least Bruised but training before the training update. Im pretty sure that an injury +1.

Yep, they need to be +1 or better at the training update to get training.
