can any one please post how to use the new arena builder also is it only possible to become the national manager in the league you play in.

You can be elected national manager in any country, not just the league you play in.

To use the new arena builder, you need to be a supporter. I wasn't able to get it working right in Firefox/Linux, personally, my arena was built in Internet Exploder/Windows.

I'm able to get mine to work with supporter and Firefox/Windows.
