Hey Gents,

I'm looking for some help here and thought someone might have something floating around (that would save me time from recreating the wheel).

I need to track the daily activities of 20 employees (a one time event). It needs to be simple, but provide accurate results. For example, at the end of the day I want to be able to know how many minutes they spent responding to email, how long they spent coaching employees, how long they spent evaluating employees.

Due to time restraints it can not be a web based program or be software that needs to be installed. So I'm stuck with MS Access or Excel . . . unless anyone else can come up with anything.

Any ideas?

This wouldn't be helpful for me at work at all. Our employees work breaks down like this:

1:15 lunches
0:45 breaks
5:00 standing around talking, not working
2:00 playing on the internet
