A little over 79 hours until kickoff and less than two days until I make the trip up north to Hokieland. I'm already pumped up beyond belief for this one...you just can't beat VT/Miami in Blacksburg.

Haven't seen VaTech's new unis, but I can't imagine anything being worse than what Florida was wearing last week.

I am just excited to see the ESPNU broadcast of the game using the SkyCam view. They are going to use the ESPN feed for replays and the commentators audio, but they will show all the plays using the SkyCam.

That will be either really cool, or it will make me really sick.

Haven't seen VaTech's new unis, but I can't imagine anything being worse than what Florida was wearing last week.VT was wearing pretty much the same thing Florida did with the one orange shoulder and all.

Interesting. Earlier this week, I checked and ESPN's scores page only had this game being televised on ESPNU, which confused the hell out of me. Now they've only got it televised on ESPN. This article at least makes some sense out of the whole thing.

I think (or it is hoping?) that was a one time thing for the Canes. Not only were they ugly, the were minor rumbles about the correctness of having the Hurricane flags on the helmet while people were without electricity from Wilma

The Miami uniforms were throwbacks, no? And they had scheduled wearing them for some time.

I figured VT would blow them away, but I watched the second half of the UNC game and now I think Miami has a shot. Their defense looked dominant. This should be a great game.
