I just watched Saw 1 the other day. I thought it was a good movie. If you can pick-up on all the hints, you can figure out the movie. I was able to do so, but LSG was not.

I didn't really care for it. I'd give it 2.5 out of 5 stars. It's a sequel that shouldn't have been made, go figure.

you really dont have to firgure out any puzzle, but be surprise at the end for both movies.

The first one was better and neither were great.

I was quite disappointed by the first movie. I found all of the "secrets" to be pretty obvious, and the story itself was pretty inconsistent. It was a cool premise, but when you stop to think about what is going on, you realize that it doesn't make much sense.

I liked the first one and can't wait to see the sequel on DVD. My dad and I are going to see Jarhead this week.

I liked the first one. Cary Elwes performance was laughable, but it was a pretty good movie. I'll likely see this one on DVD.

Mrs. Eaglesfan and I saw the first one a few months ago and loved it. We'll eventually see this one as well. If we find time, we'll see it in the movies, otherwise on DVD.

Dola-

Liked the first one as I thought it was somewhat original. 2nd one might be worth watching at home I guess. Best part of the movie to me though was when I first noticed that Dina Meyer was in the film and I reminisced of her nude scene in Starship Troopers.

I enjoyed the movie, but I thought the gore was needlessly gratuitous. I mean, the suggestion of half the things that happened in the movie would be enough to give most people chills...but when they show the actual result, it takes something away from it, I think.

I think I liked the first one better.

Always get high before seeing a horror movie.

EDIT: Actually, get high before seeing any movie...it greatly increases your ability to suspend disbelief.

Me and the girlfriend enjoyed it. Good twists and an enjoyable ending. I think there is no doubt there will be a SAW 3

I just think it's funny how (the person we're talking about) could have died so easily(like 10 times), and then there is no Saw 3 etc.

There really were no secrets to the movie. The main suprise was what what was in the room the whole time... but if you think about it it was almost impossible and unbelievable. I hate to ruin it for people who haven't seen it yet, so this is your warning ***

How the hell could 'Jigsaw' have stayed still in the middle of the room for 8 hours straight? Neither guy noticed him breathing? And what about when he electricuted them? Wouldn't he had to push a little buzzer or something? That little movement alone should have given away that he was alive.

but if you were in that situation I would think you would stop paying attention to the guy in the middle after a while.

I actually spoke to a few renowned experts (they actually flew in from England) on the subject and they all agreed:

It's a movie!
