There was a segment on the today show this morning and they had invited a chef from Alinea restaurant in Chicago to tape the segment. This brought to mind a website I had seen a while back showing the menu and courses of a person's visit to Alinea from earlier this year. From what I have heard it is a feasting marathon and quite the experience... 28 courses... wow!
