OT - Automated FTP Program Help

I am looking for an FTP program, that I can either find as freeware or purchase, that allows me to pick a folder or file for upload and then have it dump to a specified directory.

It has to be automated, meaning I can schedule it to do a daily dump of the specific file, if it can do some file manipulation that is all the better.

Does anyone know of such a program?

I've been using CuteFTP, a commercial program, for a while now. It's got all kinds of bells and whistles, so I'd be surprised if it did not handle this.
