Marc,
I'm a huge fan of your series. I love the game, to the detriment of my "real" world friends and family...
I bought the newest game via download because it was the fastest way for me to enjoy this awesome new product...
Yet I did so with serious reservations...knowing that once again Digital River was being asked to handle a game so important to me...
But I trusted you guys...thought, hey, these guys have it figured out, there won't be any screw ups this time...
Yet, here I am, enjoying my holiday break (I'm in the education field), knowing that there is a patch out there to fix some of the problems of my current dynasty, yet I can't get it because there are "issues" with Digital River...
I can enjoy my current game just fine, thank you, but please understand that it is frustrating from my point that I downloaded product (saving on shipping, packaging, etc...) and yet I'm treated with 2nd class service...
Please tell me this will be resolved today. Thanks Marc.
