I've placed a dozen or so orders from them over the past two years. Although I haven't been without problems, I'd recommend them.

They tend to ship stuff slow.
I got a broken DVD case once.
Just this Christmas an order was missing three DVDs. I called them up and they fixed it right away, no questions asked.
