Multiplayer Global Settings

I'm curious as to what the global settings most of you have for your multiplayer leagues. I'm assuming you are running leagues where the GM has full control, but just curious if any leagues are setting global options so that the coaches handles the depth charts and game plans, scouts and staff handle the personnel issues.

every MP league I've seen gives full control to the owners. The only variation is with injury setting and inflation.
