Fight Night Round 3

Really looking forward to this game, even for the current gen systems. It comes out in less than a month now and looks to be an improvement over last years! The Xbox 360 version is the best looking game I have seen yet for the next gen consoles.

I was about to open a thread in the PC/games section, you beat me to it.

I'm really looking forward to this as well. As you said, the graphics are really amazing, but I'm curious to read something about the career mode.

You guys play the demo on xbox live? I wouldn't call those the best visuals yet, they still have alot of work to do. It's a fun little game I'll probably pick up, but more b/c I like the new gameplay, seems to eliminate the constant haymakers you could throw last year....but I don't recall so many graphic errors in a demo in a while(look at their shorts and feet as they fall, and how most punches will go right through the persons head on replay).

Great, single player and career mode aren't exectued well. This just jumped from my must buy list to doubtful.

They give the 360 version an 8.5, but the say the single player mode is ridiculously easy and in career mode you can't see rankings or even who the current champ is.

We've slid from doubtful to "sure, right after I buy Maximum Football" at this point. On the positive side, this means I'll likely purchase College Hoops, even with the delay.

I'm with you. I want college hoops. I'll probably just get this one with gamefly.

Usually Fry's does offer the games at a sale price when they are first released, so I wouldn't be surprised if they do so for FN:R3.
