So today, my supporter up and gave out. I believe I was running out of my current subscription, but before I've always gotten an HT-mail saying that it's about to run out before it actually does. Anyone have any experience with this?

I think that you can still renew within a period of time without losing all your stats for your team. But no, I can't say for sure, mine expires sometime this month as well.

I can vouch that the emails still go out. I got one last weekend, so they haven't stopped doing it.

Yep, I'm pretty sure that it is a 1-week window before you lose everything (bookmarks, kit, etc).
