I won promotion from English Conference South and as a result the board finally agreed to upgrade my training facilites, which I need to compete for some of the better players at my level. My question is.....this was a year and a half ago and the facilites are not yet upgraded....Do I have to do something else to get it done or will it just eventually happen. Whenever I check with the board they just say "We have already approved an upgrade of your facilites" How long does this take to happen?
