Reports are swirling that the Jets may release Chad Pennington if he does not redo his contract. What will the Jets do?

He HAS to redo his contract. It would be the nice (smart) thing to do.

I'm not sure he's back to 100% yet ,and i don't see how they can cut him until that happens (per NFL rules).
