Yes folks, we did it, we bought us a house. Very nice 2 family home so we can rent out the upstairs and pay off our debts faster.

Place is in excellent condition.. I can't wait to close and get into it.

Well it IS in Buffalo =) It looks colder than it was that day though. it was in the 40's, the snow was going away at the time we were there.
