I'm curious as to opinions on timing and the selling of trainees. My best trainee is currently 23, soon to be a supernatural and my best player at the position. He's also my best set piece guy. His replacement (if I decided to sub in someone directly from my team) would be an outstanding 19 year old. Do I wait and hold onto my 23 year old for another year or two? Or would you sell him as soon as he pops and try to upgrade other positions? FWIW, we're in a tie for 1st in the div and I train pm.
