I finally broke down and ordered TCY the other night. After filling out the paperwork I downloaded the file. Usually, it seems, after downloading a program you are taken directly to the an installation screen. Well, one never popped up, so I went searching and found the TCY file. It looks like a brown cardboard box with what looks like a jet contrail ringing it and says "FrontOfficeFootball-TheCollegeYears". I went ahead and clicked on it and a small screen came up saying "Unpacking The College Years." After this screen was done (was only up for a couple of seconds) nothing happens. I've searched and searched for the files that were supposed to be unpacked, but I can't find them anywhere. Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Anyone know what's going on with this? And if not, who should I contact about this? Jim? E-license? The e-mail that came after I bought the game doesn't say who to contact for support, so I've decided to lean on the collective knowledge of FOFC. Hope ya'll can help...
