That in this day and age, PEOPLE STILL TYPE IN ALL CAPS IN THEIR EMAILS?

Annoys the crap out of me... And I feel like I should let them know it's kind of bad form but who am I to school them?

PS: it wasn't really an email more like an "out of the office" auto-reply that screamed at me that "I WILL BE OUT OF THE OFFICE UNTIL MONDAY MARCH 27. FOR EMERGENCIES, PLEASE CONTACT MISS SO-AND-SO." but it came to me as an email, so it just the same...

These two are annoying, I agree, but they don't show up nearly as often in the corporate world. That all cap auto-reply was from a coworker here...

I could see that it just happens as an auto-reply. Yes, bad form..

Do you know the person? If so, just tell them next monday morning.

Using capitals is a cromulent way of expressing ones emotions. It embiggens their feelings.

I use all caps at work all the time (system thing), but I make sure to turn them off if I'm shooting an email to someone.

It is extremely bad manners, I get emails like that all the time.

Isn't JOKER's name (and CLOWN1 and CLOWN2) in all caps? Does that put a hole in your theory?
