Post during your matches...if you're here...or not. I will be anyway. Slow day at the office.
The match is currently being played, but no reports have arrived. We are trying to establish contact with our reporter at the stadium, so please try again soon.

The 2901 spectators at Anteaters Arena were in for an afternoon of sunshine. The match took place on neutral ground. Galesburg tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. They fielded: Montes - Irvin, Arellano, Bruner - Hernández, Conklin, Hurtado, Noble, Seguin - Gusă, Pickering.
Chesapeake had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Boswell - Elte, Selby, Barrera - Orozco, Aybar, Emery, Sahlell, Joelsson - Whitfield, Sauer.
2 minutes: 3751 spectators arrived at Mixer Stadium, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. The match took place on neutral ground. Slithy started off with a 3-4-3 lineup. Lineup: Faustino - Olagüe, Svensson, Börjesson - Sneed, Schober, van Kuilenburg, Aschwanden - Pilati von Thass, Tómasson, Martínez.
Swamioms had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Szaj - Nunes, Kamionka, Stigstrand - Khampun, Banjac, Vecainis, Mafé, Hedblom - Belec, Bulsink.
Slithy seemed to prefer attacking in the middle. Slithy made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left Rolfpaul Pilati von Thassul zu Darberg (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=37315559) completely alone with keeper Rafał Szaj (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=40321857), who made a spectacular block.
GO RAIDERS!
4 minutes: The home side put themselves ahead 1 - 0 in the 4th minute after a breakthrough from Kenny Vance (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=34242014), who, unaided, came in out of the right wing hooking the ball over the visitors' keeper.

Rolfpaul Pilati von Thassul zu Darberg (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=37315559) of Slithy was able to make an impressive rush past the sluggish Adrian Kamionka (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=54920053), which resulted in the 1 - 0 goal.

Whirlwind of action this 9th minute:
GO RAIDERS!
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD colSpan=3>Proving his experience, David Curnow (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=5222102) scored 2 - 0 for Raiders after putting some pressure on the the enemy defence at a critical moment. After this, Raiders lowered the tempo in order to concentrate on their defensive efforts. </TD><TD></TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=3> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Toves cheat:
Slithy's Sigursteinn Tómasson (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=45438568) got himself booked for a foul.
Cheapshots miss:
Gabriel Whitfield (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=96775126) came close to putting the visiting team one up in the 8th minute, following a solo raid down the middle, but Courtney Montes (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=17462004) managed to tip the ball to a corner.
Nearly another for the Toves:
Rafał Szaj (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=40321857) was caught napping as Gisbert van Kuilenburg (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=31398532) lifted a ball over him following a free kick, but the ball hit the bar, rebounding into the keeper's arms.
And the Toves follow through:
Things were going to get worse for the visitors. Sigursteinn Tómasson (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=45438568) squirmed himself through the central defense line in the 15th minute, bringing the lead to 2 - 0.
15 minute commentary:
Just what I'd expect from the Raiders and Toves. Two teams fighting to avoid relegation to DV are clearly dominating today.
The battle between CW and QS looks to be interesting today.
Missed opportunity for Galesburg:
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD colSpan=3>20 minutes: Galesburg were awarded a penalty 20 minutes into the game but Dani Gusă (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=17770845) produced a poor shot, quite easily saved by Homer Boswell (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=7725788). </TD><TD></TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=3> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Tsk tsk, none of you in irc for BillyNYC's US Cup Final.
I'm at work, didn't think about the Cup Final.
A scorching day at Orange Bowl, where 126084 spectators were in place for today's match. The match took place on neutral ground. StocksQuest had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Coudenhove - Moser, Karlsson, Bezuijen - Lemming, Junkkari, Horta, Adam, Werwein - Bendiksen, Mansoor.

In the 12th minute, the visitors broke through on the right after some poor defending. Stefan Andersson (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=20479958) put the ball away for 0 - 1. Anders Norstedt (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=7374427) came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal and lifted a ball over Ole Coudenhove (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=37027202), but it was a little too high and hit the bar.
Little frustration kicking in:
Rusty Sauer (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=97543039) of Chesapeake received a yellow card in the 30th minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour.
Oh my! Avengers and Cheapshots exchange goals!

More like ... fighting to avoid finishing 4th ;)
The battle between CW and QS looks to be interesting today.
Yeah, that looks like the most competitive match of the day. And the Cup final, of course.
Raiders knock in another:

More like ... fighting to avoid finishing 4th ;)

If I finish 5th or 6th, I'm going to DV.

Raiders don't relent:

Boo!!
56 minutes: In the 56th minute, StocksQuest's Tommy Bendiksen (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=21210270) made a rush down the left, leaving him free to put the 1 - 1 equaliser away.

Billy's dude gets angry:
64 minutes: The referee showed Landfills's Anders Norstedt (http://www46.hattrick.org/common/PlayerDetails.asp?playerID=7374427) the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
Lee Darling with the hattrick!
