I am thinking of opening up an internet store over the next couple of months and I was wondering if anyone here had done anything like this. I am not looking for it to be my primary income but only to make a little bit of extra money. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. I have done a lot of reading on the subject but anything anyone knows would be a great help.

PS If anyone is interested in doing something like this, take a look at this e-book:
Starting Your E-Business Right (http://198.65.239.163/main/ResourceCenterMain.htm)
You'll find the link right on the top of the page.

What are you going to sell?

It depends. Once I decide it is something I want to do, I'll sign up for the Dropship Source Directory and take a look around. That's not something I need to know right now.

"Let's just say we are selling Widgets."

"What's a widget?"

"It's a fictional product, it doesn't matter...now where should we build our factory?"

"How about FantasyLand?"

I know the movie all too well, just can't think of the title.

Are you going to make me do a net search?

If I were you I'd check into the Amazon Web Service. You can basically set up a website and sell Amazon Products through your site. They then give you a split of thier profits for everything you sell. It might at least give you an idea if a web store is really something you want to do. Also, it is free, so you won't really risk anything.

"Is this one of those groups that mutilates squirrels?"

Anyone gets that quote and I'm impressed.

I thought Widget was a bit more applicable here.

The only thing close I can think if is Mr. Castanza talking about the Greek Orthodox church? I think it was Greek Orthodox. George wanted to join to sleep with some gal and his dad asked the question about mutilating squirrels.

That is correct sir!!! Quite impressive indeed.

That was the same episode that Kramer has the Kavorka.

Actually, it's Latvian Orthodox. But still, that's a good recollection.
