cool, I'll take a look at those. I meant about youtube, once a video is uploaded to youtube, it becomes a flash thing and I can't watch it.

yeah, pretty similar. I find what they do very impressive, although I'd have to have started training in these things when a wee bit kiddo to be able to do even half of what they do ;)

Oh I know what you meant about the Flash thing, I was just saying that the videos on the link I provided weren't Flash so you could view them to get a gist of what you couldn't see on youtube.

cool. I checked two videos from them and while the "sarith" one impressed me, I was less than impressed about the "EMC free run" one. I mean, not that I would do most of the things they do, some of them included simply to jump on the side of a wall and such and jump down from stairs.

Again, not saying I'm able to do that stuff now, first because I'm not trained for that and too afraid to try them at my old age but I would see myself being able to learn how to do that when I was 18 or 20.
