Has anyone played this ... it was originally released on the Neo Geo. I've been playing the heck out of it recently and it's the first baseball game I think I've really really enjoyed.

Why did you skip over the original Baseball Stars?

Because I haven't played it.

Baseball Stars 2 is the only one available on Gametap.

Original Baseball Stars is still my favorite arcade baseball game.

My kids and I play on Gametap, too. I used to play the hell out of the original baseball stars, but I don't like 2 very much. BTW, Fouts rules Galaga leaderboards!!!

Baseball stars 2 on the NES was garbage. IIRC, you couldn't even change people's names.

Neo Geo version looks fun, i may try that gametap at some point. I want to play a lot of those games anyways.
