Most of those arrested in 1984 were from the suburbs.

I will not threadjack this into a discussion on the problems Detroit has and the reasons behind it.

I'm split 50/50 between either the Cardinals or Tigers winning the World Series.

Ya.. one of those teams definitely will win.
