11/6 UPDATE: After two days on the lam, Allgier was apprehended Saturday by SWAT officers at a Salt Lake City motel. Not surprisingly, after Allgier's photo was broadcast on TV, police received several tips regarding his whereabouts. According to cops, an armed Allgier barricaded himself inside a room, but was eventually nabbed after he went up into the building's attic and fell through the floor.

If you look at Darth Maul Jrs' picture and then the description of his "Marks", looks like someone at the Utah Department of Corrections had a hard time trying to figure out which way to spell swastika, can't spell "lightning" and can't spell "heil". No wonder why this guy got away.

Do Law enforcement agencies ever learn from each others mistakes? After the Atlanta Courthouse shooting, you would think dangerous convicts would not be left with vulnerable guards.

The Guy with him was 60 years old, and was supposedly swapping him from Metal Cuffs to plastic restraints so he could get an MRI when this guy grabbed his Gun, shot him and escaped.
