This game is simple. Grab your iPod, set it to shuffle, and post the first song that plays.

For me:

I don't have an Ipod, but when I put the WMP playlist on my work computer on shuffle on Friday, the first song that came up was "Winter Song" from Crash Test Dummies.

Actually, let's step this baby up a notch. Let's construct a random, 12 track album from your playlist.

Including the first one I listed about, this is Groundhog's "Random 12" album:

1) Ween - Buckingham Green
2) Tool - Reflection
3) System of a Down - Attack
4) Jade Warrior - Rainflower
5) Beethoven - Piano Sonata No.8 in C minor
6) Les Claypool and the Holy Mackerel - Granny's Little Yard Gnome
7) Gotic - Historia d'Una Gota d'Aigua
8) The Beatles - Polythene Pam
9) Outkast - Knowing
10) Red Hot Chili Peppers - Can't Stop
11) William Shatner - Real
12) White Willow - Paper Moon

Interesting. Starts out pretty, gets heavy with some Tool & SoaD, then slips in to relaxation mode with Jade Warrior and Beethoven, before a real mish mash of remaining tracks.

Dola... probably more representative if I shuffle my 3+ star playlist:

1) Notes / Prima Donna - Andrew Lloyd Webber
2) See Thru Me - Soul Miner's Daughter
3) Lost Horizons - Gin Blossoms
4) It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas - Bing Crosby
5) Time Stands Still (At The Iron Hill) - Blind Guardian
6) Cross Ties - Soul Miner's Daughter
7) If I Were a Rich Man - Zero Mostel
8) The Gang's All Here - Dropkick Murphys
9) Hero Takes a Fall - Bangles
10) Piano Man - Billy Joel
11) Are You Lonely? - The Alternate Routes
12) Old City Bar - Trans-Siberian Orchestra

Hm... iPod has a thing for pulling from the one Blind Guardian CD I have, and ending with TSO tonight.

Standing O for QS!

I don't have an ipod and although I have a couple of MP3 players, I'm vehemently opposed to using the shuffle feature. So, the best I can do for this thread is say that the last CD I listened to on my U2 iAudio player was Disc 1 of Iced Earth's Alive in Athens.

If you've never seen it, YouTube this video. Very, very good.

Yeah, it's a Michel Gondry video which is generally a good bet. For those of you who don't know Gondry, he got his break directing some Bjork videos (along with many other famous videos like "Fell in Love with a Girl") before getting into movies including directing Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

A video that is probably dissimilar, but seems related in my mind for some reason is God Lives Underwater's "From Your Mouth." I just checked and it is on YouTube if you are interested.
