Lions WR Mike Furrey had 98 catches for 1,086 yards (11.1 ypc) and 6 TDs this season. Not bad for a guy who played DB last season and had 21 career catches heading into this year.

This should inspire a Furrey Challenge dynasty in FOFC...

Mike Furrey was a very solid receiver. He ran excellent routes and caught almost everything thrown his way, very few drops. He made both routine and spectacular catches. He works very well in Martz's system in that he's quick, runs good routes, and has good hands. He benefitted from Roy Williams getting a lot of double teams after the first few games of the season.

He's an UFA at the moment. It will be very interesting to see what kind of deal he'll get. There is no doub that the Lions will try to re-sign him.

I believe his 98 catches even led the NFC. Impressive year for him.
