So what you planning on doing with your 2006 return(if you get one)? My return this year is not super great, as my wife's withholding was too low. I'm hoping to finish paying off the new furniture I put on layaway a couple months ago(yes, i know i'm ghetto), and upgrading to a side by side fridge. I had hoped to have enough left over to get an HDTV, but I think that will have to wait until the summer/fall.

I was going to pay some bills, until I realized the AMT kicked in and I'll pay anywhere from $3k to $5k. Lovely.

Replenish the bank account from the move last year, buy the kids a playset for the backyard, and pay to have my parent's piano shipped to our house.

I'm not quite done yet, but it looks like we're getting around $7K back. I was hopeful it would be big, as I was conservative in my withholding exemptions because of the uncertainty of switching jobs, moving to a state with an income tax, etc. I'd rather get a bnuch back than have to pay.

I haven't done my taxes yet, but I shouldn't be getting anything back. I adjusted my withholdings this year so that I could max out my 401(k).

I have no idea how much I'm getting back. For all I know, it could be anywhere from $20 to $2000. I have no clue. I let my wife do the tax return, and then I just trust her to tell me how much we're getting. So I might buy a Popsicle, or maybe I'll buy a computer. I dunno.

I'm spending half of it on strippers and booze and stuff. The other half, I'll probably just waste.

Credit card debt. We'll get the adoption tax credit and use it to pay off adoption related charges!
