For the first time in many many years, I'm watching the Terps - Duke game alone. It really isn't as much fun without other Terps fans there to yell at the tv with me. :(
This entire real world and work thing kinda blow sometimes...

just wait til you get married and have kids - then you'll pine for the days when you could watch a game alone and in peace.

possibly...,and the terps looked decent tonight, might get superstitious about it ;)
though i still think i'd have had a lot more fun with some other terps fans here. unfortunately i had to stay near work because they're doing some testing that might require engineering support, my best friend is doing 3rd shift support of testing of HER bird, and her fiancee is out of town on work travel. there were others i could've called, but they're at least an hour away so would've been a nuisance anyway.
oh well. we won, can i really complain? ;)

it is ALWAYS good to see Duke lose. Now if my boys were any good it would be evn more fun to see.

Wow. Four in a row for Duke now. They might fall all the way to, oh, #19.

But somehow they won't be lower than a #2 seed come tourney time. :(

They are currently unranked. I'm currently hoping for a complete drop from the tournament, but I know that's wishful thinking. :)

This Duke team reminds me of watching the Yankees of the early 90's. I didn't appreciate it for what it was at the time and now I regret it.

Enjoy it while it lasts. Duke will be back. You know it.
