I wonder what would happen if someone ran for governor of New York and released something in a similar style as their campaign video.

Apparently, while not plotting the downfall of his government, he is a street-side musician.

I was moderately surprised when my japanese friend confirmed this as legit. Apparently he's one of like 2 dozen candidates on the ballot.

Aye, I have to admit that I believe it far more when he says that he does not have any constructive proposals than when any other politician says that they do.

Ying ching chang! Aya yayayay!

All of which is, aya aside, completely unpronounceable in Japanese.

I have zero interest in politics in my own country, but if there were more men like Matayoshi Jesus and Toyama Koichi over here all that would change!

I love the 'write up' on Jesus on youtube:

Quite possibly the greatest leader of our time. This is his political broadcast when he ran for a seat in the House of Representatives.

Calling himself "The Only God Matayoshi Jesus", this great leader ran for various political seats in his home Okinawa and Tokyo. He is known for telling his political opponents to "Die and slit your stomach open."

His political agenda includes returning to a fishing & farming society and banning the smoking of cigarettes while walking.

He has stated that the creator of Earth, Space, Humanity, Heaven and Hell, has taken a form in human flesh and arrived on earth as The Only God Matayoshi Jesus.

He barely received any votes. lol.
Please support him with me at
http://www.matayoshi.org

"To not understand or oppose The Only God Matayoshi Jesus is a crime. Because The Only God Matayoshi Jesus is the truth in everything, politics, the true righteousness, people that oppose or do not understand The Only God Matayoshi Jesus are murderers and destroyers of all global humanity."

That was actually my favorite quote of his.

However, he's in a bit of a quandry, he says he wants you to vote for him, but, that would make the minority the majority and the majority must go. I bet there's lots of sleepless nights for him.

The minority of what? The minority on an issue? The minority on some issues? The minority on all issues (that would make for an extremely small subset)?
