Just saw a commercial for this show... I'm convinced that the stupid shows start a season, the REALLLLLLLLY stupid shows get saved for a midseason replacement.

A hidden camera reality series inspired by the hit movie Wedding Crashers is coming to NBC. On The Real Wedding Crashers, which is produced by actor and Punk'd creator Ashton Kutcher, improv comedy performers will team up with wedding couples who want to punk their guests. According to an NBC press release, the crashers will "take on outrageous characters and personalities to pull off some fun and outlandish pranks" during wedding weekends the guests will never forget. At the end of each show, the crashers reveal the truth to the wedding guests.

And why would wedding couples want some random pranksters stealing their thunder on the wedding day? Are the parents really going to want to have to suffer through pranks?

I think the baseball bat should be reserved for the couples that actually agree to this.

Probably the prank group/NBC pay for the wedding, etcetera. But tell you what. You bring a baseball bat to deal with the couples, I bring the baseball bat to deal with the creators..

If someone had offered to pay for my wedding+Honeymoon.. you are damn right i'd agree to that.. although i think my wife would tend to disagree.

So bring on the baseball bats, i got plenty of tree's in my front yard to ward you off! ;)
