Help! - ASCII Exports after Patch

I recently downloaded the latest patch. My exports now show up as a "Corrupt File" in my MP league. Solecismic told my Commissioner that I was probably exporting in ASCII format, which was causing the problem. I haven't knowingly changed anything or done anything differently than before the patch (althought I did switch to WinRAR to unzip awhile ago), so I don't know what's causing it, or how to fix it. Can anyone please help with this? Thanks.

One problem we had in one league was export file names have to be exact and are case sensitive.

I wouldnt think the patch would cause this, but its a maybe..

This would be about exporting in ASCII, but rather uploading as ASCII. This would mostly be an issue if you were ftp-ing files.

Yeah, I guess I'm uploading in ASCII, but I'm not ftp-ing the files; I'm uploading through the league upload utility. Never had a problem before I downloaded the patch. Any thoughts as to how I can correct what's happening?

According to Solecismic, this isn't patch related. And we've been using our upload utility for many seasons without ever a case of this. Any ideas?
