Booked my flight today. I land in Malaga on August 29 and I'll be leaving December 21. And there's a few months of a little place called Granada in between :D

Still waiting to hear if my student visa application got accepted or not tho.

Great! you will enjoy Granada for sure, my favourite city in Spain, you are both close to the beach and the best Spanish sky station. Granada is also a great historical city, you will be really impressed with the Alhambra. And if you are looking for awesome food (free tapas) and incredible night party, you coudn't have choosen another better city :)

Don't worry about the student visa, Spain is a pretty open country to foreign people, and we receive tons of students every year to study the culture, language and history (or that is what the students tell their parents ;) )

Oh btw, get ready for a really high temperature until the end of September.

Start reading here, nice place to know it all about Granda and the best "tapas" in Spain :)

29 days to come to the great country named Spain :)

Hey, i have a proposal for you, knowing your great dynasty witting skills and being sure that you will fall in love with Granada history, medieval monuments, and of course the tapas, i would love if you could write a dynasty of your days here. I would chime in to write all that i know about all the Spanish culture and history, food, whatever and it could be a fun dynasty, both coming from you, a "foreign" (learn the word "guiri", it's how foreigns are called specially in the South and you will hear it a lot, not on a bad way) and from me, an Spanish. You could use it to ask me anything you need to know or can't understand about Granada or Spain.

That would be a really cool read -- it would make me want to go back to Spain even more.

An excellent idea. :) I could even start it now, based on all the pre-trip stuff.
