sorry, no, as per their FAQ:

15. Does ZipGenius run under Mac?

No, but we are searching for volunteers that could port the source code.

I haven't used a Mac in a while, but doesn't the latest OS already have built in capability to zip and unzip files.

Now if you are trying to unzip other formats, I suggest this open source application for Mac:
