Hi. This is my first time possible ordering something over the internet (except buying games license like EHM). I'd like to buy the new Harry Potter book from Amazon, but I've got a few questions.

If I pre-order at Amazon (22.50$ CAN) without taking the Express Shipping, which is not available where I live so I won't have the book on the 21st for sure, how much do you think it's going to cost including shipping and when do you think I'm going to recieve it? Also, how much do you think it will cost in stores?

Thanks!

They should be able to tell you the pricing before you checkout...

It will be the same price in stores IF they have enough in stock to handle the preorders and the walkins

Yeah, they'll tell you before you confirm the order. I'm guessing you're in Canada - the lower 48 you don't need express shipping, they are guaranteeing day-of-release arrival with the standard ($5 US) shipping).

I saw something the other day that showed amazon.com had over a million pre-orders for the Harry Potter book.
