Computer control of some GM tasks?

I'm thinking about buying FOF2007, and I had a quick question before I made my decision.

Is it possible for me to assign some of the "tasks" associated with running my team to the computer, or am I always responsible for doing all of them myself? For example, I might want to assign contract negotiations and free agent signings to computer control. Can I do that in FOF2007?
