#3 Thomas Country Central (12-0) vs. Whitewater (10-2)

(man, I wish I knew these teams)

Thomas County Central opens the game with a 7 play 63 yard drive for a touchdown and quickly take a 7-0 lead. Later in the first quarter Whitewater is driving, but they're intercepted deep in Thomas Co. Central territory. Thomas Co. Central leads 7-0 at the end of the first quarter.

High school drama here, folks!

Whitewater starts moving the ball at will in the second quarter and scores a TD, but misses the extra point. Thomas Co. Central responds with a TD of their own on the next drive and take a 14-6 lead. Whitewater comes right back with a TD of their own, but can't convert the 2-point conversion. After stopping Central again, Whitewater kicks a FG with only a few seconds left in the half. They head into the tunnel with a 15-14 lead at halftime.

Total Offense
Thomas Co. Central: 104 yards
Whitewater: 220 yards

The second half begins with a pair of turnovers and no scoring. Finally, Thomas Co. Central puts together a 7 minute TD drive and, after a succesful 2-point conversion, they take the lead at 22-15. Halfway through the 4th quarter Whitewater ties it up at 22, and that's the way regulation ends - on to overtime!

#6 East Paulding (12-0) vs. Mays (10-2)

Both teams rolled over their opponents in round 1. E. Paulding, however, looks to be the stronger team here, as judged by their ranking and overall strength. I'd give East Paulding the edge here by a couple touchdowns.
