I know there's a lot of Mizzou fans/alumni on this board. Former Sprint CEO Gary Forsee is expected to be named to the new system president to replace Elson Floyd. I've been to his tailgate parties several times at MU football games. Great guy and should be a good fit.

COLUMBIA | Former Sprint CEO Gary Forsee will be introduced Thursday as the new president of the University of Missouri system, a source has told The Kansas City Star.

Curators will introduce the university’s 22nd president Thursday afternoon in Columbia. The new president replaces Elson Floyd, who took the top job at Washington State University in April.

Gordon Lamb has led the Missouri system since Floyd’s departure. Lamb is a former university president and acting chancellor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

He's the head of all 4 of the universities in the MU system (Univ. of Missouri-KC, Missouri State University, Univ. of Missouri-Columbia, University of Missouri-St. Louis). Each of the chancellors report to him.
