Anyone know a good flash animator?

im looking for a flash animator to help on a project. 3 minute short. the characters are already designed, but theres plenty of creative freedom.

anyone on the board do this, or know someone?

Damn, sorry. I thought the title of this thread was "Anyone know a good flasher?" My answer would have been no, but I was curious what other people had to say. :(
