I'm not sure I've ever seen such a raw but incredibly athletic QB in the draft. Daryl Shelton runs a 4.33 in the 40, scored a 7.28 in the agility drill, benches 15 reps, broad jumps 9' even, and has a 39 on the solecismic test. Furthermore, he scored an 86 in the QB position drill. However, he is only 1% developed. I just drafted a QB 1(1) in the last draft who is already rated 80/80 so if I take Daryl, he won't get to play QB likely, but I'm tempted to take a flier on him now that I'm in the 5th just to see if I can get him some development with a mentor on the team. I'm also tempted to see how he would do making the conversion to WR which I need.
His bars are about a 25 for medium, long, and deep passes. His timing is about a 75 from the bar. Scramble frequency is maxed out and everything else looks very poor.
