View Full Version : How do you auto-forward emails to me while I'm at work?

I'd like to set it up so that during the weekdays my personal email is auto-forwarded to my work account and vice versa on evenings and weekends.

I use Outlook 2007. Is this possible? I played around with it a bit but got confused. I also didn't see anything about setting a set schedule.

There might be a smarter way to do it, but you can set this up using the Rules Wizard.

I was just going to say...rules wizard is the only way I can think of "after time x" type of thing

The only way I know of doing this is with the Out of Office Assistant.

Tools-->Out of Office Assistant

Add a rule stating that all emails are forwarded to your other email account.

You will have to set your out of office every time you want to switch over, but that's the only way I know to do this.

I know how to get booty with Outlook, but that's about the extent of my knowledge.
