Look at 'Chain of Custody Sham" and figure this was but one instance in one precinct that happened to be looked at by these people.

Meh, I'm from Missouri. As one of the strongest bellweather states in the nation, my vote always counts. I feel sorry for people who vote in states that are decided along party lines every single election.
