Baltimore?

Why would Rodgers care? If anything, it might take the focus off of him because Favre wouldn't be playing in GB.

He ain't coming back and going to another team. The Packers were in the NFC Championship last year with the youngest team in the league so why would he go go a worse team like Baltimore in a stronger conference? Favre is retired, period end of story.

Jerry's gonna bring him in to mentor Romo?!?!?

So Romo will go to Mississippi on the bye week?

Isn't he directing the Iron Man movie?

Seriously, I would have to think that doing that would destroy his legacy in Green Bay. I mean, this isn't Michael Jordan retiring and then deciding a few years later that he thinks he's still got it.

This is, what, a few weeks after saying he didn't want to play anymore?

Somewhat distasteful thread title.

Only a cunt or possibly a twat would post a title like that.

Uh, wow. Certainly wasn't trying to fool anyone with that thread title. I was just running with the joke that flere does about Rodgers frustration with Favre's refusal to retire.

I could understand if I said "commits suicide" but I thought "contemplates" obviously implied a joke. No offense intended whatsoever.

I'm just in shock that Favre had found an agent who is committed to a player retiring. The usual course of events is a player retires, agent comments "he is exploring his options," player reiterates that he is done, agent states "there are several teams who have interest..."

I didn't think it was a big deal. I am a Packer fan and it actually piqued my interest in what was going to be in here.

I have decided, Favre should come out of retirement to play. Not in the NFL, but in the Arena League. No one will get pissed off at that.
