Safari question (in windows).

Safari came with the new Itunes update so I figured I'd try it out a little but it's driving me crazy. How/can I use the scroll wheel to move up or down web-pages?

I don't understand, what do you mean? The controls are the same as in IE, Firefox, etc.

What I mean is if I'm using firefox I'll just use the wheel in the middle of my mouse to scroll down, but in safari I'll have to go to the side and drag the bar down to where I want.

Hmm, not sure. I can do the same thing in Safari but I'm on a Mac. I used Safari on a PC briefly last year and don't recall having that problem.
