recording streaming audio.......

I have XM Radio, and now they have MLB Homeplate as part of their online package that you can listen too. Is there a way I can record a show, and listen to it later? I'm not real familiar with streaming audio.

Download audacity. Open it and set the record to stereo mix and click the record button. That should work. The only problem is that you have to do it all manually.
