As mentioned in the The Official Nintendo Wii Games Thread (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showpost.php?p=1759052&postcount=344), I'm gonna start posting my progress using the Wii Fit. So far, I've been pleasantly surprised at the results. If I combine a diet I can actually follow, I've no doubt the pounds will just fall off.
I'm 33 years old and the first time I took the Wii Fit Body Tests, it calculated my Wii Fit Age at 40! Well, after using the Wii Fit for a week, it has now gone down to 35 which isn't bad, but I'm pretty sure a lot has to do with getting acquainted with the challenges.
Anywho, yesterday's results:
Hoola Hoop @ 2 minutes - 287 points
Free Run @ 10 minutes - 1.678 miles
1 mile at 6:29
Boxing - 288 points
Snow Boarding - 1:59:1 (first time, I was awful)
Palm Tree - 76 points
Tight Rope - 39 yrds (I was 1 yard away from finishing but the timer started going off and I got nervous and fell off :( )
Advanced Step - 572 points
Half Moon - 71 points
Deep Breathing - 92 points
I believe that was all. I always incorporate some sort of run and always end with deep breathing exercise.
